With nearly 30 years of experience, she has worked across direct service and leadership roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the field’s challenges and opportunities.
Her educational background—a bachelor’s in clinical psychology and a master’s in administration—equips her with both theoretical insight and practical expertise, making her a trusted advisor for agencies striving to improve service quality.
For over 15 years, she has served as a CARF accreditation surveyor, providing nationwide expertise on compliance and operational excellence. As a Forbes Business Council member and a renowned speaker, she continues to advocate for service accessibility, quality, and innovation in behavioral health.

Andrea Hill, LISW-S, LICDC, serves as the Clinical Compliance Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor for selected agencies at T. Scott Consulting. She ensures excellence in documentation, regulatory compliance, and service delivery. Specializing in form development, Andrea plays a key role in aligning documentation with regulatory standards while optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy. In addition to clinical oversight, she supports administrative compliance, ensuring agencies maintain the highest standards in client care and operational excellence.

Clinical Compliance Coordinator: Kymberly Pullom, a licensed social worker and chemical dependency counselor, brings over 25 years of experience in the helping professions. At T. Scott Consulting, she supports agencies through policy development, compliance monitoring, and research and development. In addition to her compliance role, Kymberly provides direct therapeutic intervention to selected agencies and leads training and development initiatives, ensuring organizations maintain regulatory excellence while enhancing service quality.

MY WHY

Growing up in an environment where poverty, mental health issues, and addiction were part of everyday life, I saw the immense challenges and the lasting impact they can have on communities. Watching my family navigate through these difficulties, along with moments of hope, showed me how crucial it is to have timely and effective support. This experience forged a deep commitment within me to ensure that when people reach out for help, they find the assistance they need, ready and capable of providing the best chance at recovery and healing.

“My Why" is deeply personal, stemming from my own experiences and the resilience I've witnessed through my family and every client I’ve served. Each person who has bravely admitted, “I Need Help” has reinforced my purpose. Their courage is a call to action for service providers, an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone’s life. It is also a reminder of the importance of having the right programs, systems, and people in place to respond to that call.
